Simple Pasta with Tuna

I absolutely love simple meals, that take 20-30 min to cook and taste like you’ve ordered them from a restaurant.  Even better if these dishes can be made from the pantry staples like pasta and canned tuna.  So here’s one of me favorite dinner recipes. Video recipe available on my Instagram @KetisKitchen

Tuna Pasta with creamIngredients (serves 3-4):

  • 1/2 pack of your favorite pasta
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup half and half cream
  • 1 can of solid tuna

Boil pasta based on packaging directions.  At the sometime start boiling frozen peas in a separate pot for about 5 min.  In a large pan sauté chopped garlic in butter.  Add lightly cooked and drained peas.  Then add cream and let it cook for about 5 min.  then add cooked pasta and mix well.  In 2-3 min turn the heat off and add chuck of canned tuna.  Mix lightly and enjoy!
